in conjunction with Wood Art in the Cities

The Canadian National Wildfowl Carving Championship is where carvers and visitors convene each year. The 2018 Show will be held March 16, 17, 18 at RIM Park in Waterloo.

Over 200 bird carvings can be viewed - carved by competitors of all levels - from first time carvers to world champions.

There are a large number of divisions in which an artist can compete - from beginners to open. If you are a bird carver, we have a category for you from decorative life-size, miniature wildfowl, floating waterfowl and interpretive style, to name a few.Click here to review the divisions and categories that are offered.

The event also features educational seminars which are held on all three days of the show.

Wood Art in the Cities

- consisting of the members from both the Owl's Nest & Grand Valley Woodcarvers clubs - invites you to join us either as a competitor or as someone who appreciates art:
