The Canadian National Wildfowl Carving Championship is where carvers and visitors convene each year in March in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

Over 200 bird carvings can be viewed carved by competitors of all levels - from first time carvers to world champions.

There are a large number of divisions in which an artist can compete - from beginners to open. If you are a bird carver, we have a category for you from decorative life-size, miniature wildfowl, floating waterfowl and interpretive style, to name a few.

The event also features educational seminars on Sunday afternoon.

The Grand Valley Woodcarvers invites you to join us either as a competitor or as someone who appreciates art:
- on March 16th, 17th and 18th, 2012
- from Friday noon to Sunday at 5:00pm
- at Bingeman Park, 425 Bingeman Centre Drive, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada
