Pre-Registration

Pre-registration is preferred for convenience of the carvers at show registration.

Pre-registered entries will receive two free tickets to the show which will entitle 2 people to enter the show
all 3 days.

Mail-in Registration

Cheques/Money Orders should be made out to Grand Valley Woodcarvers
No post-dated cheques

The completed registration form should be mailed along with a cheque for the correct amount to:

E-mail Registration

An alternative is to e-mail your registration to Peter McLaren, Registrar.

In the dialogue box that opens, choose either to "Open in Excel", or to "Save to File".

Open the file in excel, complete the required information and save it. You can then insert the completed excel registration form in an e-mail to Peter McLaren.

Payment is due when the carving is brought to the registration desk.

On-site Registration

Thursday, March 8, 2012 or Friday March 9, 2012

Deliver exhibits to carving registration area in Marshall Hall at Bingeman Park on Thursday between 6:00 p.m.
and 8:00 pm., or Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 10, 2012

If you are arriving from out of town, and you are unable to deliver your carvings before Saturday, you can deliver your carvings between 7:30 to 9:30 am.

Entries arriving after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday will NOT be accepted
unless the entrant is waiting in line to register and/or deliver
their carving by 9:30 a.m.
