Please note - Registration to the Owl's Nest Competition must be made through the Owl's Nest Woodcarving Club website (please click here to be directed to their website.)
Pre-Registration is preferred for convenience of the carvers at show registration.

$20.00 for the first entry
Cheques/Money Orders should be made out to Grand Valley Woodcarvers
The completed registration form should be mailed along with a cheque or money order for the correct amount to:
Mail in entry forms must be received on or before Monday March 14, 2016.
An alternative is to e-mail your registration to Canadian Nationals Registrar
In the dialogue box that opens, choose either to "Open in Excel", or to "Save to File".
Emailed entries must be received on or before March 17, 2016.
Payment for email entries is due when delivering the carving(s).

On-site Registration 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
If you are travelling a long distance and you are unable to make it before Saturday, you can deliver your carvings between 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday March 19, 2014.
Entries arriving after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday will NOT be accepted.
NOTE:Carvers are strongly urged to deliver entries to the registration area - in the Forbes Family Hall at Rim Park - by noon on Friday, because the display of carvings is a major feature of the Show which opens to the public on Friday 12:00 noon.

While the organizers of this competition agree to take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of articles submitted to the competition, it must be understood that the owners are required to directly assume all risk. Should any article be accidentally damaged, lost, or stolen, the organizers will provide assistance for the recovery of the same, but will not recognize any claim for payment of the value, or any portion thereof.
